Wash apples (we use the apples unpeeled) and cut up roughly, add to the blender.
Peel bananas, cut up roughly, add to blender.
Add yogurt to the blender with a tablespoon, add juice to the blender. Blend the whole lot up to and divide it into 4 jars.
Normally when there’s some smoothie leftover when jars are full, we just drink it.
Be sure to leave some room at the top of the glass jar.
Place cap back on jar and place in freezer.
To enjoy, take these out the night before and let them thaw naturally in the fridge.
